Better Beach Rentals in Caswell Beach, North Carolina

“The responsiveness of the host made all the difference. The rental was as described and well appointed, plenty of linens and kitchenware. The property is in a great location, secluded but close to everything. The property management was quick to respond and take action when needed, very helpful.”

“Beautiful dream condo Couldn’t get an early check in . Perfect spot beautiful view awesome porch. Wrong code for the door twice didn’t get it till 420. Poor communication with host . No hand soap ,dish soap or washer soap. usually get a starter kit . But all in all the home was a perfect place to stay . All new very nice appliances!”

“We truly enjoyed our stay at Point Break. The accommodations were exactly as described. Check in/check instructions were very thorough. We didn’t really have any need to communicate with the host, but if we had I am certain she would been quickly responsive.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Caswell Beach is beautiful and secluded, so this was a perfect spot. The condo was very clean and we even found a bin with toys for the kiddo in one of the closets and a crib in another closet if you need. A laundry company does the sheets, so they are waiting to be out on the bed when you arrive and to be removed when you leave, but it's all so clean it's worth the effort.”

“The Good: Very clean with modern renovations. Location was great, with a wonderful view and very short walk to the beach with an excellent balcony space. The condo was beautifully furnished and decorated. The kitchen was very well stocked and included a Keurig that wasn't called out in the description. The Bad: The HVAC system is EXTREMELY loud and located right off the living room and master BR. In addition to being loud, it also does a poor job cooling the master bedroom (even with all other dampers closed). All of the shower heads are mounted very low (upper chest level). Side note: the pool was shutdown "for repairs" the first full day we were there without notification and remained closed throughout the week. I received no notification from the rental company and after multiple calls they investigated and forwarded my concern to the "complaint department" who has yet to reach out to me. Overall a nice place, but I don't think we will return based on the overall experience.”
