“Absolutely beautiful place ! Close to all the local amenities. Sat in the clouds every morning, watched the thunderstorms roll in over the mountain’s with a full beautiful rainbow to follow, watched the train cross over the bridge from the back deck. Great host ! Great place. 10/10 highly recommend.”

“What an awesome location. I spent hours researching different airbnbs and comparing the view, amenities and closeness to neighbors….this one was so beautifully secluded. We had an amazing time with our 6 month old baby. No problem getting up and down the mountain roads with a Honda accord. The restaurant at the NOC Center was great and a great place to rest after hiking. We would definitely come back!”

“This getaway to Almond was so very much needed! ❤️ I can’t even describe how wonderful our cabin was the views, the privacy, and the location were absolutely perfect. There was so much to see and do, while still giving us the chance to slow down, relax, and enjoy each other. We celebrated our one-year wedding anniversary here, and it truly couldn’t have been a better place to spend it. 🥰 We loved the area so much that we’re already planning a trip back this fall to experience the train ride and see those beautiful fall colors! 🍂🚂🏔️ Almond, NC definitely has a special place in our hearts now. ❤️”
