“Beautiful condo. The updated finishings was much more modern and cleaner than many of the other similar listings. With a family, this beach front and pools were a no brainer. The internet kept going out but nothing I would lessen a star about - just made a difficult to work from the condo.”

“First off, location and actual property were good. I was sent a LOT of rules, which is normal, but makes it difficult to get to important info like checkin. More than once, I was asked what time we would arrive. I answered and host would keep saying early check-in was not allowed. I said that was fine and they would continue to ask. It's like AI was answering. The condos clearly have water/plumbing issues. One shower wouldn't turn on, then barely trickled water. We certainly couldn't utilize it and host kept sending videos of how to turn shower on as if that was the issue. I sent videos back explaining that was not it. We said it was ok and could use the other bathroom, then that tub would not drain at all. Three people had to shower standing in dirty water until the bathtub was completely full at the end of the trip. I took photos and kept contacting the host so they were aware. They responded, but it was never helpful. No compensation at all. Save your sanity and stay elsewhere.”
