“Very happy with our stay at Top Deck. Kitchen was very well equipped for our needs. Large TV's made movie watching very enjoyable. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms nicely updated. Our favorite part, however, was the outdoor spaces. We enjoyed our coffee on the lanai in the morning and our glasses of wine in the afternoon on the top deck. All the outdoor furniture was in great shape and clean. Would stay again.”

“The wife and I had not been to Carolina Beach before so decided to take a long weekend and check it out. Beach was nice and we absolutely made the right choice for our accommodation. The location was the best for us with the boardwalk and lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The condo was perfect, good space for the two of us, comfortable, well kept and exceptionally good supplies. The included daily beach chair and umbrella being included makes this an even better value. Host was responsive and always helpful with our questions. Would definitely rent again and recommend. The ferry to Southport was close by and would add it was worth the time to take it over and spend a day there. Lots of local shops, restaurants, historic houses, and the water front is great.”

“The place is great—clean, well-maintained, and very conveniently located close to the beach. It’s a good fit for a family of four, and we had a really enjoyable stay overall. A couple of areas could use some improvement. The beds and sofas feel a bit worn out and might be due for replacement, as they tend to sink when sitting or sleeping. Also, the bottom floor could benefit from some maintenance, especially the washer room doors and locks. That said, we truly had a great time here. With a few updates, this would easily be our go-to place every time we visit Carolina Beach.”
