“The house was very roomy and conveniently located near the beach. But it was well worn (presumably from use as a rental) and the air conditioning was broken for the majority of our trip. If the air was working this would have been an excellent place to stay—but in NC you really need air conditioning for hot summer days.”

“This was the perfect place to stay! Went on a girls trip and the access to the beach was unbeatable. Everything was seamless from start to finish and the host was proactive about giving us tons of recommendations. Can’t recommend enough!”

“Although pictures were somewhat the same they put a filter on them . Outside porch furniture is rusted and couple chairs broken from Rust. The porch bannisters were broken off on one part .. not enjoyable sitting on porch … Parking is terrible, we’re told to park under building since no one would be there while our stay and Friday night another unit above came and blocked us and we basically had an argument over it and no one from intercostal ever responded to me when I sent a couple messages. The unit above was extremely loud and you could hear people running until like 2am every night. The beds were very uncomfortable for all of us. We enjoyed our trip but not this place. It’s as described but not when you get inside. It needs maintenance big time. Hopefully you won’t need someone on the weekend from realty because no one responds”

“Top floor had great views. Inside the unit was roomy and clean. Everything was in good working order. Indoor pool/hot tub were aging but that’s outside of the control of the rental unit. Outdoor pool and beach area were fantastic. Elevators were fast and carts available for check in/check out were convenient. Having 1 key for the pool and to get to the beach area was horribly inconvenient for 4 people who maybe wanted to come and go at different times.”
