“I am extremely disappointed with both the condition of this property and the way our concerns were handled before booking. Before we made the reservation, we had already seen several negative reviews regarding the condition of the property. Those reviews concerned us, we contacted Intracoastal Rentals directly before booking. We were specifically assured that the negative reviews were not accurate, that some of them were supposedly for another property, and that this particular property was in great condition. Based on those direct assurances, we proceeded with the booking. Unfortunately, once we arrived, it was clear that the information we were given did not accurately reflect the actual condition of the property. This situation was more upsetting since we were staying there for work purposes and had an extremely busy schedule. By the time we arrived and saw the condition of the property, we did not have a realistic opportunity to begin searching for an”

“Everything was great until I realized the dishwasher was broken and dirty (food all over inside of it) and that someone had put away dirty dishes and silverware in the cabinets and drawers. I had to hand wash everything we wanted to use and then did not have a dishwasher during the trip which was annoying. They were super quick to reply and very helpful until I notified them about this issue and I never once heard back from them, not even after check out.”

“While the location and access to the beach was wonderful we did have a few hiccups. Note that you do have to pick up your keys from the rental office which was about 10 minutes away from the condo. The key did have issues but I’m sure it’s attributed to the elements. We were disappointed that the patio felt unsafe. The wood is rotting, warped and had rusted screws all over it, possibly from the upstairs neighbor. Aside from those things the interior was clean and worked well for our family of 4.”
