Intracoastal Vacation Rentals
4.44Visit website
Intracoastal Vacation Rentals's guest rating of 4.44 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“The only good thing about that house was the sea. Everything is complicated starting with the arrival, the parking lot is too narrow (it does not specify if you can take a truck or a car) those in the other unit complained because my truck stole space for them to enter. As I paid an amount for cleaning and it was dirty starting with the bathtubs the showers have tootal, the bathroom door in the hallway was clothes we couldn't use that bathroom (I told the property they didn't do anything) the stove didn't work properly, the top smells too musty and moldy the bed and the sheets felt wet. The TV is too old, it needs to be updated”airbnb

“Everything was great until I realized the dishwasher was broken and dirty (food all over inside of it) and that someone had put away dirty dishes and silverware in the cabinets and drawers. I had to hand wash everything we wanted to use and then did not have a dishwasher during the trip which was annoying. They were super quick to reply and very helpful until I notified them about this issue and I never once heard back from them, not even after check out.”airbnb

“This stay was a good location, walkable to the beach, and close to town. It was great for the extended weekend that we stayed. The place seemed new and was clean. However, I would not come back for longer than just a few days. It lacked some amenities that would’ve been nice to have. The kitchen lacked tools such as a toaster, seasonings, and drip coffee pot. The outdoor shower did not work. Indoor shower did not drain well. Entrance was advertised as a smart lock, however, we had to use a traditional key which was at a different location upon arrival. The lock that was in use was difficult to use as it did not turn easily.”airbnb

“Intracoastal Realty has continued to have extremely poor communication, starting from the check in day where the representative forgot their own office was closed early on Sunday, causing them to give me an impossible check in time and missing my first night. Since then, I tried to resolve the issue with them but they choose to ignore me instead of communicating. I am still owed money by this company. I would not recommend staying here.”airbnb

“they came out at chdckon brought a fan as it was very hot had someone attempt clean dog hair of couch. the couch was so dirty it filled the new vacuum up. they didn't offer the clean unit instead credited cleaning fee a extra 60.00 on a 4300 bill. my family mad rth best of it but it was unprofessional and the place was dirty and smelled. they would not give any additional discount for the poor experience and I would not ent from them again.”airbnb

“Why charge a cleaning fee when check out requirements include washing all the dishes and putting them away, stripping all the beds and taking the trash to the dumpster?”airbnb

“Location is great. No bath soap, shampoo or conditioner. Air conditioner is not cooling well so had to use ceiling fan. The patio furniture completely rusted with pieces of metal all over the balcony. Until replaced or removed it is a hazard”airbnb

“Had electrical problems when we arrived, outlets didn't work and refrigerator and microwave wouldn't turn on. Interior was very old and dusty, had multiple injuries because of the house and there was no first aid kit. Was not worth what we paid.”airbnb

“The place was beautiful. My only complaints have to do with…lack of basic supplies in the house. We had to buy garbage bags, toilet paper, didn’t have enough dish soap or laundry detergent, and there was no hand soap, except in the kitchen:( Little things, but it was kind of a pain each time something ran out…after only 2 days.”airbnb

“The rental was very tired. Needed fresh paint. Both lights were out in the showers. One we mentioned right away and it was fixed the next day. The other was in the bunk room shower and that light was also out. Noted two days before departure. Tired linens. The sheets were uncomfortable to sleep on. Housekeeping should have pulled the linens at the end of our stay. Half the linens we did not use and we still needed to bag them up. 7 day stay and two washes for the dishwasher. Very sterile. Not even a pot of coffee.”airbnb
