“We enjoyed our stay overall, and the ocean views were incredible. Watching the sunrise each morning was a highlight, and we were even lucky enough to spot dolphins. The condo was well stocked with cooking utensils, and we appreciated having linens, towels, and a washer and dryer available. Future renters should be aware that there are 28 stairs to access the unit, which made carrying luggage and young children a bit challenging. The space also felt somewhat crowded due to the amount of furniture. A few items could use attention, including the vacuum, which did not work properly, and some buildup in the refrigerator's ice dispenser. We also experienced noise from the neighboring unit below, including wind chimes and barking dogs, which may be a concern for light sleepers or those hoping to enjoy a quiet morning or evening on the balcony. Overall, the views and amenities made for a great beach vacation.”

“Why charge a cleaning fee when check out requirements include washing all the dishes and putting them away, stripping all the beds and taking the trash to the dumpster?”

“Location is great. No bath soap, shampoo or conditioner. Air conditioner is not cooling well so had to use ceiling fan. The patio furniture completely rusted with pieces of metal all over the balcony. Until replaced or removed it is a hazard”

“Location to the beach and pool are awesome. Condo is worn, especially bathrooms. Plenty of cookware and appliances in the kitchen”

“We really enjoyed our stay! Elevator broke in our second day but they fixed it about 24 hours later. We’d never rented a place in NC that didn’t come with beach chairs so that was a bummer — we didn’t know to rent them in advance so we just skipped it but it would have been nice to have. Unit really could use a stick vacuum because it was impossible to sweep rugs and being there with kids meant it could really use a sweep during the week. We found an old hot dog under the coffee table from a previous guest so would recommend moving furniture to clean! The views are beautiful and the beach and pool were wonderful. Overall a good choice for the price and if you’re willing to do a condo vs a home!”

“Had electrical problems when we arrived, outlets didn't work and refrigerator and microwave wouldn't turn on. Interior was very old and dusty, had multiple injuries because of the house and there was no first aid kit. Was not worth what we paid.”

“The place was beautiful. My only complaints have to do with…lack of basic supplies in the house. We had to buy garbage bags, toilet paper, didn’t have enough dish soap or laundry detergent, and there was no hand soap, except in the kitchen:( Little things, but it was kind of a pain each time something ran out…after only 2 days.”

“Beautiful view! Condo matched pictures. Lovely, comfortable furnishings. Very well equipped kitchen! Beach access was excellent. We did not have enough paper products- toilet paper, paper towels. We did called to request more but didn’t receive any. Only 1 garbage bag and 1 recycling bag for the week. It wasn’t enough. No washcloth for the kitchen to wipe down counters and only 2 kitchen towels for the week. Not enough if you are cooking, which we did. Aside from those issues, it truly was a wonderful place to stay. We would stay again.”

“The rental was very tired. Needed fresh paint. Both lights were out in the showers. One we mentioned right away and it was fixed the next day. The other was in the bunk room shower and that light was also out. Noted two days before departure. Tired linens. The sheets were uncomfortable to sleep on. Housekeeping should have pulled the linens at the end of our stay. Half the linens we did not use and we still needed to bag them up. 7 day stay and two washes for the dishwasher. Very sterile. Not even a pot of coffee.”
