“There were several issues from the onset: broken glass left behind the couch, dirty sheets left on the pullout mattress, no trash bag liners or even one in the can, the central AC was broken (they didn’t tell us this in advance) and instead had two portable units in the space, one of which had leaked all over the living room floor and soaked the small rug in front of the porch door because the drainage hose wasn’t hooked up properly. The whole condo was humid and the floors, couch and cushions, and bedsheets were all damp as a result. On our first night, one of the smoke detectors malfunctioned and held a continuous beep for hours through the night (we couldn’t take the batteries out and didn’t want to break it for fear of being charged). They recommended we put it in our car overnight since they couldn’t get a maintenance person out. The upstairs neighbors literally ran like a herd of elephants all night long. It’s clear we paid for proximity. The shower was nice, however.”

“No hangers in any closets Could not control temperature on 3rd floor Needed more silverware for the number of people house is advertised to sleep The yard was overgrown and not cared for made the pool area less desirable Outside of house needs painting and there are loose floor boards on the decks”

“The pool was not available when we were there in the hottest week, July 5-10. Ocean is barely visible from balcony. Room was very nice and updated. Short walk to ocean. Gated entrance ways, ask for gate codes prior to arrival. Close distance to restaurants and boardwalk. This room is furthest from elevator, if needed.”

“Phyllis from customer service is amazing, she made getting the parking boot the tow company put on our car off extremely easy. The car wouldnt have been booted if the provided parking passes hadn’t expired in 2022. Our last two days there were extremely uncomfortable when the air conditioner stopped working, i called management and left multiple voicemails to no response. Good location, clean rooms.”

“The place was lovely. The only hiccups had were the actual apmt number was not listed anywhere and the parking passes were not in the unit. Other than that, the apmt was a great location and perfectly described. Would book again in a heartbeat.”
