Bryant Real Estate reviews in Carolina Beach, North Carolina

“Just know when you pay to get in your room at 4 pm you wont be able to till you pick up your check in packet. They only open their doors at 4 or after at 4:02 in our case. And they make it clear you will be ticked or towed if you do park at the condo before hand. When I pay for a 4 pm check in I expect to be at the door checking in not at the Real estate office picking up parking passes. The condo unit we stayed in is in need of a deep clean and remodel. The bed frames were too large and they had foam taped around all the legs on both beds so you wouldn't break a toe im guessing. The lights and ceiling fans desperately need replacing the kitchen had been up graded but the food and dirt beside the stove on the floor was gross. Dust on all the pictures and cob webs in the corners. Beds need updating you can tell why when you sleep there. Can't see any beach from view only can see the ocean from the balcony. It is a convenient area for sure but to expensive for that room and view.”

“Bryant Real Estate was great and the house was clean. If you rent here, not have high hopes for the property… think dilapidated house except for the kitchen.”

“We enjoyed our stay and the location. Loved all of the beach supplies and the games in the garage.”

“Great stay, exactly what we expected. There was only one garbage bag and only a couple of rolls of toilet paper which was disappointing for how much the stay is and how nice it was.”

“This is my favorite Airbnb I’ve booked to far. I was absolutely in love. Extremely clean, homey, and I loved the decor. Great views, AMAZING location. We didn’t get in the car the entire weekend and I got my steps in! I definitely recommend this home, and I can’t wait to return.”
