“This was a great stay. Four people and it worked great. My parents, my wife & myself. We also had a corgi. Fenced yard is great. All amenities as described. Great location if you want to be near Asheville. If going to Hendersonville or Fletcher or those areas, it’s really not a long drive. You have grocery stores, gas, chick fi la, etc nearby so have tons of options if cooking at the house or on way to town for coffee. Very private location. It snowed and roads iced up, but they worked with us to ensure we were able to leave an appropriate time that was safe to us. The road up/down to the house is a bit steep - but if you grew up in the mountains then it’s just another road. Not a road you need 4x4 or AWD unless you plan to go when it snows/freezes then would need it. Would recommend this to anyone else and would stay here again.”

“I just want to say, the house was great. It was very clean and spacious and it was very comfortable. My one complaint is that there were cameras on the property that were not disclosed in the listing. I didn’t want an Airbnb with cameras because I hate feeling like I’m being watched, whether they’re on or not. So I was very excited about this one when I didn’t see any cameras on the listing. However, when I arrived I noticed a camera on the front porch with floodlights attached to it pointed right at the front door. I reached out to Greybeard Rental’s and they got back to be quickly and confirmed that cameras are not part of the listing and they were reaching out to the owners to inquire about them. They got back to me the following day and it turns out there were SIX cameras on property outside. I wouldn’t have rented if I was aware of them but it was too late to do anything about it. Otherwise, the house was gorgeous and the views were beautiful. The area was stunning as well”

“Gorgeous views with full length windows, screened in porch, and outdoor seating areas! Our family of 6 enjoyed the spacious bedrooms and multiple bathrooms. Entire house is spotless and well-equipped for cooking and dining with views of the sunrise and sunset. Was easy to drive to this mountain gem in our standard mini-van and in the dark of night”
