“Beautiful setting! I woke up to a family of deer grazing on the hillside. Peaceful and quiet, but only a few minutes drive to Mills River for groceries, dinner and drinks. Home was very clean, modern and comfortable. Management company was very responsive with questions we had. They even had a birthday card and gift when we arrived. I will stay here again next time I am in the area.”

It got off to a bit of a rough start when I sprained my ankle after missing a step while arriving late, but Greybeard was incredibly responsive and showed genuine care, which helped put us at ease. They also addressed our initial concerns about the stained sheets and cobwebs promptly and thoughtfully. The location truly couldn’t be better—centrally located and within walking distance to so many great spots downtown. We loved hanging out on the front porch and walking to a park that was nearby. Overall, we had a great experience and appreciated the attentive hospitality!”

“Our family enjoyed a spring vacation with 7 adults and 2 kids and we all had things to do and ways to enjoy this house. The neighborhood road was very walkable, the views from the property were lovely and peaceful, and the home had plenty of space inside and outside. My kids especially loved feeding snickers and tom, the donkeys, every morning. Miss Michelle, who lives on the property, was so friendly and helpful. The area is a great proximity to Asheville but still feels quiet and tucked away in the countryside. We loved our stay so much that we will definitely be back next year!”
