“Absolutely loved the screened in porch in the back looking over the bird sanctuary lot and a little bit of ocean visible. the place was very clean and very comfortable. The bed was perfectly cozy and cool, and now I have to find the same bed quilt because I loved it so much! Enjoyed a complimentary credit for beach rentals which were delivered straight to the rental. A few goodies were left for us upon arrival, which felt so welcoming.”

“i stayed 9 nights and 10days. The house was very easy to find and check into, the management for the house was very friendly and easy to deal with. check in was a breeze and the walk to the beach was easy. the house was very nice and big! i booked this for me and my husband for my “baby moon”. my only complaint would be that you could tell it wasn’t stayed in for a while, things were a little dusty and a few dead bugs at the door way, there was only one extra TP and one trash bag also no hand soap in any of the bathrooms. i did have a problem with the Ac but the management company had it fixed right away. all together it was a great stay and i would book again.”

“We love the Buxton area even thou its under a lot of cleanup and construction. We’ve stayed several times in the same area and even this townhouse before. But seaside vacations has fell well below par with how they keep up homes, clean homes, respond to guest after they are in home and act like they want to make things right without taking any action to do so. When we are told the home is ready hours before arrival and upon arrival we have no water, no hvac, no hot water, there’s pee and toilet paper in toilets not flushed due to no water at all, then that’s a problem. Have to wait on maintenance to be able to even start our vacation. Seaside was 2 days responding to all the issues after the maintenance guy left. I’ve given seaside ample amount of time to make things right and they’ve been mia for a week. So our minds are made up that we will stay in same area but not with seaside vacations any longer.”

“We loved the place. It was right at the beach, and very secluded. I could see the kids swimming from my balcony. We rent out big houses on the beach every year but this was a complete different experience. The host were very responsive. We would love to go back there every year. If you want something private that is the house you need. You do not need a pool. You have chairs and toys for the kids under the deck and outside shower. The house had everything you need.
