“Such a cute house for a family getaway: we come up to this area every summer and would definitely book this house again. It is so peaceful and pretty and watching the deer in the evening was the kids favorite. The house is perfect for a family of 4 or a small group of friends. It’s only 15 minutes from the downtown square and about 35 minutes from some really pretty hiking trails and tubing down the river. Recommend staying here”

“Our stay at Falling Waters Lodge was wonderful. The house is spacious, true to the photos. The views are gorgeous. The kitchen is well-equipped, too. Burnsville (and Ingles grocery) are a convenient, easy drive from the house. We enjoyed a family reunion (10 people, teenagers to 85 years) at Falling Waters Lodge June 2026. The living rooms, dining spaces, nooks, decks and game spaces were perfect for small and whole group gatherings. No one wanted to leave. Thank you, Yonder and Falling Waters Lodge.”
