“The beds were very comfortable. Nice to have access to a kitchen, full sized fridge and washer/dryer. The house was not the cleanest. The neighborhood felt quiet and was pleasant to walk in.”

“A lot of bedding was dirty with stains. Moldy and smelly, damp towels left in the washing machine. Upholstered furniture was stained and dirty. One area of the couch smelled like urine. Baseboards were dirty. One of the toilet bowls was dirty. The walls were very scuffed up. And the pocket doors had lots of dirty handprints all over them. We also asked for the deck and outdoor furniture to be cleaned…bird poop was all over it. Could be a great property if properly cleaned and taken care of. The rental manager offered to have a cleaning crew come back and clean. They came back and gave us cleaned bedding and left. Then we were told they could come back the following day and clean (2 days after we arrived) and at that point we declined. More trouble than it was worth”

“Beautiful place but sad to say needs upgrades and cleaning service needs to do better job we had cobwebs in places that were reachable I spent almost 2 hours dusting off spider webs on all sinks and walkways and sweeping up dead spiders throughout the house. We took our shoes off and not even 30 minutes our socks were extremely dirty. Our master bathroom toilet never flushed. This is a absolutely beautiful home just needs TLC”

“This is Mikes wife, we were in Boone last Oct. and I decided I wanted to spend my 72nd birthday in Boone. My husband booked your cabin and it was perfect! The location was so close to restaurants. Unfortunately my birthday always falls on Mothers Day weekend so I didn’t make it to two of the restaurants that were on my list but it forced up to try new places. The whole place was so comfortable but the beds were out of this world! It was sad to leave. Thanks so much!”
