“We had an amazing stay. The accommodations were perfect for our large family. The "kids" (age 17+) enjoyed the basement game room. The sleeping options were perfect for our group. We enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood. We also enjoyed the large table that was the perfect size for our large family.”

“As soon as we walked in there was a very noticeable moldy/mildewy smell. This made us nervous so we started looking around and found a lot of mold. There was mold all over the furniture and beds/bedding in the downstairs and there was mold on the fireplace upstairs. I would highly suggest being cautious about booking this Airbnb until they have remedied the mold situation. VueStay was slow to respond to this issue. We ended up ceasing communication with them and dealing with Airbnb who gave us a full refund as we left right away and had to book another Airbnb at almost double the price. Airbnb was helpful. I cannot recommend VueStay, though. I’d stay far away from this property management company. This happened after they cancelled our first booking 2 days before check in and only gave us two options to rebook - the moldy home was the one that we ended up being replaced in. I wish it would have been better because the views were amazing.”
