“This home is brand new and beautiful. It was very clean, and thoughtfully well stocked with necessities. Beds and furniture were comfortable. The back deck was fun with the fire pit, games, swing chair, and had plenty of seating. No complaints about the home. The only regret we had was booking a property managed by a vacation rental company. 2 weeks before our stay, we had to change to only 2 nights and because of their 3 night min policy and the home unavailable the night before, they were unwilling to be considerate. We had to pay for a night we couldn't stay. It's the personal difference in using a company with AI responses, and an actually owner. We were very unsatisfied with the company, not the home. Even though the home was lovely, I would warn others of their strict policies and won't book with them again. Sometimes unforeseen things can happen and I believe an owner would be more willing to help. It was a lot of money wasted, as we had to book a hotel also.”
