Better Beach Rentals in North Carolina

“The house itself was great. We had a work retreat there and there was plenty of space and bathrooms in every room was nice. The pool and hot tub were awesome and we loved the swings by the pool. Messaging is not a good way to communicate with this host. I never received responses when I messaged. You have to call the phone number for the leasing office. When we arrived the air on the top 2 floors was not working. That was a major inconvenience however they did have a technician out there within a couple of hours and it was fixed before bed. I also didn’t love that all the sheets are placed at the foot of your bed and you have to make your own beds. We were missing several sheets and towels at first but they brought us more once we called. All of the speakers in the theater were disconnects and not working. We were planning to use the theater to present material for everyone for a workshop we were doing so we had to search for the wires and figure out how to get them connected ourselves”

“Amazing vacation experience! Beautiful home with high quality renovations and plenty of space for our party of nine. Views out the back are stunning and the coastal birdlife really fun to experience. The pool is perfect and well-maintained. Beach access is very convenient, just across the relatively quiet street. Caswell Beach is gorgeous and it felt basically private. No crowds in sight. The town is laid-back, fun and convenient. Highly recommend and we’ll be coming back!”

“Communication thru the app is non existent but once we use the number provided we received the answers we needed. Our last day was during tropical depression, Arthur, and there was no electricity not only at the Airbnb but throughout the whole city so we had to leave. All in all was enjoyable staying right on the ocean would just wonder if due to the tropical depression, we could receive a refund?”
