“I stay in this area every year but have never stayed at this location. When I first arrived, I was a little disappointed. That feeling left quickly after I got the boat around to the dock and was able to relax and SEE my surroundings. This was by far the best rental home I have stayed in for the week. The dock was amazing and the handicap ramps instead of steps made the experience so much easier for my elderly parents. It was close to Taylor’s Creek, Morehead Water Front, Shackleford Banks and Cape Lookout. The red moon rose over the bay and the sunrise glistened on the building in the morning. The stars were visible without much light pollution. This was and is my favorite place and hopefully I’ll have another opportunity to rent for the week next year - if available I’m callings Dibs!!”

“Nice place. Thermostat never stayed where we put it. Temperature always jumped up to what they had it set for. Too hot inside most of the time.”
