“Beautiful, quiet, and peaceful location convenient to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Asheville, and Mars Hill! We enjoyed sitting on the porch being completely surrounded by trees and listening to the birds and water running through the creek below. You can glimpse the mountains through the trees - I imagine the mountain view is even better when the trees are bare in wintertime - but we loved the view of the forest. The home is spotless with a well-appointed, spacious kitchen and large clean bathrooms with soft, fluffy towels. The bed was super comfy too! Exactly the relaxing weekend we needed!”

“Too bad that my review is limited to just a few words! We can’t say enough great things about Whiskey Rock! First off, we are considered locals (about 30 minutes from the town) and it was a group of about 18 of us. The drive from Asheville felt so short, and easy and we loved that! The house was stunning from the exterior, and likewise inside. The giant living room, dining areas, and EXTREMELY well stocked kitchen were all part of why we loved the house so much. Outside there was the fish pond, the hiking trails, the fire pits and decks with views that made us want to stay outdoors ALL day and night! We had a ladies retreat, and had our devotional time in living room. Some people did watercolor in our free time, some played games, some did cooking tutorials. We loved that the TV was NOT in the main area (no distractions from fellowship) and lastly (because there’s no more space) the checkout process was so easy! We LOVED Whiskey Rock and plan on returning! Thanks yall!”
