“Beautiful home, we were able to rest and feel at home. None of us wanted to leave, wished we could have extended our stay.”

“This is a cute and charming house, but there were several issues that I wish I had known about before booking. The home was not very clean upon arrival. There were sticky surfaces, dust, leftovers left in the fridge etc. When we went to clean the surfaces ourselves, the only cleaning product available was a bottle of bleach spray stored under the kitchen sink. Families traveling with young children should be aware of this and move it to a safer location. There were also a few maintenance issues. Lights not working, the kitchen faucet leaked badly, and the shower continuously dripped. If you have small children, I would recommend bringing a baby gate, as the stairs are steep and easy to fall down. There is also no bathroom on the main level. Also, the loft ladder is not secured and there are no railings in the loft, creating a significant safety concern. Finally, the yard is not fully fenced in. I don’t mean to be negative; I simply think these are important details to know.”
