“We had a great time in Avon! The house was very walkable to the beach, which we loved. Our dogs loved the backyard and front deck. We would definitely stay again!”

“The first night we arrived there was a dead cockroach in the hall and the bathroom light fixture over the bathroom sink was hanging off the wall by a wire. The trashcans in the driveway were overflowing with trash. I had to contact the realtor about the light, the molding that fell off the door on the deck, the fact that the trash was never picked up and all the neighbors were, and we never received any towels at all (the website said to just bring your own beach towels). I received the towels but had to call twice about the light fixture as maintenance never showed up. I was told there was a place to launch a kayak, so I rented one. But there is no way to safely get into the water at all so I could not used the kayak. The hot tub did not have a railing or handle to get in and out safely so we could not used that. I spent a good deal of time on my vacation dealing with the realtor when I should not have had to. This property is not a property for families.”
