“We had a great time at the cottage downstairs unit. It was exactly as pictured. The host communicated clearly all instructions and we had no issues during our stay. It was a very quick walk to the beach and we almost had the whole strip of beach to ourselves. The beach has no public parking so it’s almost like a private beach for residents. We even spent time on the swing and hammock outside, very peaceful. The only thing to note is it is a downstairs unit so you may be able to hear those walking above you but it didn’t really bother our family!”

“This is a cute historic home within walking distance of the waterfront. The beds were comfortable and the house is nicely decorated. Although it could use some TLC in some areas, it has a big kitchen with plenty of dishes, and plenty of seating in the living room. We enjoyed our stay and would rent it again.”

“Nice location in Emerald Isle. Several steps to beach path. Comfortable sleeping. Bring your own toiletries, not much available. Kitchen well equipped.”

“Just few things could have made our stay better: we were told at check-in that we could get three passes and we’re only given two with no help in getting a third one. None of us slept well as the beds were extremely hard.”
