Really great place! Can be loud at night (up until 2 AM) so I would recommend bringing ear plugs just in case. But you can't beat the location :)

We stayed at The Grange with 15 of my college buddies for a weekend in Asheville, and it was the perfect house for our group. The property is incredible—spacious, spotless, and had everything we could have asked for. The heated pool, hot tub, fire pit, game room, and outdoor spaces kept us entertained the entire weekend. With 8 bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms and common space, we never felt crowded despite having 16 people. The mountain setting was beautiful, while still being only about 10 minutes from South Asheville. Everyone in our group had an amazing time, and we were already talking about coming back before we left. Could not recommend The Grange more for a large group—5 stars all around!

The location is great and the beds are comfortable. I don’t know that I’d consider this place good for families. We brought our kids with us and I don’t think we’d bring them here again. To get to the entrance of the condo, you have to walk through the outdoor smoking section of a bar/brewery/restaurant. It’s fine for adults, just not great for kids in the evening. They were uncomfortable with it. The two separate living areas are indeed very separate. It’s great for noise control with kids but it’s too far from the main area for sleeping, if you plan on using the pull out couches for kids to sleep. You can’t hear them at all. It’s almost like a separate condo behind the same main door, with a lock that you can’t double check from the inside. It always opens from the inside, even if it’s locked from the outside. I know it sounds strange. It is strange. If you’re traveling with adults only, this place is great. We were able to walk to everything except the Biltmore.
