“This Airbnb is owned by a vacation rental company. They require a lot in order to book (license photo, face photo, signed rental agreement with 11 places to sign). Felt like it was a lot just for a one night stay at a multi unit building. The place itself was very cute! Set up with pretty good amenities too. Easy to get to.”

“Only one window in entire unit and that was on the entry stairs. Only one means of egress from the unit; as a first responder family, this was a HUGH concern. Pictures were misleading that showed no pictures of the access to the units. Preferred parking was extremely expensive. Unloading out front on Church St. is cumbersome having to get everything around back.”

“I have stayed at this place before. The views are incredible. It is on a walkable dirt road off of Town Mountain Rd. Close to town. It's a beautiful place to stay. I do find the Yonder check in process pretty onerous, and the Wi-Fi did not work for the first 24 hours of my stay, which was needed for work and also meant we could not watch TV. They did bring in a hot spot on Saturday. Just kind of frustrating that I had to spend a great deal of time dealing with it. Should have been prepared for guests, given the price point.”

“The location of this BNB is perfect for exploring Asheville. I stayed here with a friend on a girls trip and it was the ideal, central location that was close to excellent restaurants, shops, and activities. I highly recommend The Rhu for a great breakfast and Tops if you need to do any shoe shopping! The space itself was very nice. The living room has a beautiful window seat that overlooks a side street and trees. It had everything we needed for a short trip. If you plan to use both bedrooms, be aware the twin room is extremely small. My suitcase had to be kept in the living room, which didn't bother me, just know its quite tiny. The only thing we didn't love about the BNB was how difficult it was to get into. The entry is not the address provided, its around the back of the building on what feels like a slightly more sketchy street. There is a code to get into the lock box, a code to get to the right floor in the elevator and one for the door itself - just a bit of a hassle.”

“Beautiful location in the heart of Asheville. The unit was nicely decorated. Fridays, Saturdays and Sunday nights are noisy with the bar a few doors down pumping loud music until well after midnight. The rental agency will charge you $50 for necessary items such as trash bags or toilet paper if you run out of either of those things rather than having the people who clean for them leave behind an ample supply. Beware and BYO TP. Parking is not included and will cost extra. Lovely view of College Street!”
