“the property changed hands between property management companies and we slipped through the cracks. We reviewed texts from the prior company but no door code and check in information from new service. As a result, we were unable to access the rental, shower or be ready for the event we planned to attend. further we had to make multiple calls and wait 2 hrs to receive clarity and a method to access the unit. after we accessed the unit, we found the toilet filthy. this was not addressed when i mentioned it. though an electronic lock existed, no one new the code to access.”

“Great location! Lots of natural sunlight”

“This cabin was very quaint, beautiful and clean! We came for a long weekend to spend in Asheville and it was perfect! We enjoyed the gameroom, sauna, and sleeping arrangements for our trip. We made eggs and bacon one morning and i loved the handmade elk plates! Everything in the cabin was unique and well crafted. The art, antiques, and decor played into the whole wilderness experience. Check in was challenging. I guess the owner switched management companies, so no one reached out to us to check in. I had to contact air bnb to another third party site, who then directed me to a different third party site, and instead of apologizing for not reaching out to us at all, they said it was bc we didn’t fill out a waiver (that they didn’t send to us until i called them). It was rather poor customer service on their end. After we had gotten things straightened out, the rest of our stay was great! We would stay there again! :)”

“The perfect Asheville weekend spot! Walkable to everything we wanted and a perfect little oasis for when we wanted to be inside. Would certainly stay again!”
