“We had a great stay at Birgit’s place. Had everything we needed. A high chair and a pack n play were provided upon request. The game room was a big hit in the evening when the little ones went to sleep. Nice flow from the screened in room to the deck. Overall a wonderful stay with the family!!”

“The house was well kept and nicely updated, stocked with fun surprises like collectible dishes in the kitchen and shuffleboard in the basement. We watched the sunset from the swing on the deck every night and enjoyed the katydids and whippoorwills after dark. Close to downtown, the farmers market, and lots of mountain biking trails. We had an issue with a drain and Birgit had it taken care of before we got home from our outing. Great place!”

“The home was exactly as pictured. Absolutely beautiful view and home! Very peaceful, quiet and private. Very clean and everything you could need provided. Highly recommend a stay to anyone looking to relax. Short drive to activities and restaurants in Asheville and also grocery store 15 minutes. Drive up is definitely a bit steep and curvy but not a problem. HUGE TV, although like most places mounted really high and causes me a neck ache, that is my only criticism. We had a lovely time in beautiful home and surroundings.”
