“We read several reviews about a neighbor's rooster crowing early in the morning. While it's true that the rooster crows, we didn't find it bothersome at all. It blended naturally with the sounds of mockingbirds and other wildlife, making the experience feel even more authentic. The cabin is surrounded by beautiful nature, and we were even lucky enough to see deers very close to the cabin, which was a highlight of our stay. One thing to note is that the last short stretch from the main road to the cabin is a gravel road with a slight uphill climb. It's not difficult to drive, but an SUV or similar vehicle is recommended, especially if the road is wet. Overall, if you enjoy being immersed in nature, you'll appreciate the peaceful setting and the natural sounds. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.”

“This would have been a great day had it not been for a couple of issues which I did read on the review and I had trusted that those issues had been resolved and they have not. Number one issue is access to the space. There was a lot of confusion phone calls. It took a couple of hours to get it resolved and get access. Number two issue which was the biggest issue was there is a broken mattress that is extremely lopsided and from sleeping on it. My back has been out for a week now. I had never had issues in this part of my back before and I’ve been seeing a chiropractor and a massage therapist.. I did not request a refund or anything, but I do think it’s fair to warn people because others have had these experiences and it’s not being taken serious. Other than that, this would have be a really great stay. Once I was finally able to access the host and bypass the third-party she was very responsive in communicating and assisting with access.”

“Beautifully located and super private and peaceful house. Perfect to stay with a group of friends. We used it as our base to visit Asheville and the surrounding area.”
