“The setting was beautiful and peaceful, I loved getting up early to see the wildlife. The hosting company representatives were all very friendly and helpful and when we arrived there was a bag of supplies on the counter including a ball for our dogs which was very cute and welcoming. Please read the amenities carefully so you know what personal toiletries you need to bring with you, and bring plenty of bug spray if hanging out on the dock. Would definitely stay there again!”

“The Riverside Retreat was a beautiful location. Went in the off season and it was great for a peaceful retreat. My only complaint would be the corporate-like communications. Received an excessive slurry of check in details, and then wasn't sent the code by check-in time. I tried to reach out ahead of time through the messages, but received no answer. Had to find a work phone number from an email confirmation. It's my first time renting through a company on Airbnb, but some of the "home away from home" qualities that come from renting from a private landlord were lost: basic spices/cooking oil in the kitchen, extra and comfortable towels, quality dish detergent, shampoo+conditioner.”
