“The home is well laid out, close to town and a nice walk to the beach. The homeowner met us to check in and was responsive when we had questions. We enjoyed our stay here with extended family and felt we had privacy and community when we wanted either.”

“we were a group of 40 somethings staying for my friends spa bachelorette weekend and overall we enjoyed our stay. It was well equipped for cooking, which we did and we enjoyed the hot tub only steps away from the sliders off back. we enjoyed relaxing by the fire every night in the big comfy couch. as an airbnb superhost, I did find the communication, especially the day of, a bit frustrating as the owner changed mgmnt companies yet no-one informed us of that & we received different checkin codes/instructions. there were a few hiccups upon checkin that were quickly resolved and they were prompt to respond to. the neighborhood is quiet and driving distance for coffee, groceries etc. a gentle suggestion would be to provide extra wash cloths (we had 4 for 8 women) & swap out all the double plastic mattress coverings for something more breathable (beadgear brand has reasonable ones) as we found the beds super hot but we understand the motive. all in all a lovely stay and place”

“Just had the most incredible long weekend at this Jamesport Winery jewel. Ron, the owner was fantastic!! He was very helpful, always reachable, reactive to our needs, and very welcoming. His home and property is simply breathtaking, with all the comforts of home it was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Centrally located to everything and a walk across the grass to Jamesport Winery ... just the getaway we all needed. Thank you Ron and your team at the winery for showing us a great time, so happy to meet so many spectacular people (hi to Nina and our Waiter) and to also be there for the Derby. 5 stars ... highly recommend. “11/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a long or short stay out east. This property was a great find and a perfect escape from the city. Loved the location that was a short drive to Sag Harbor and East Hampton. Also only 10 mins from the train is a plus. It’s only a short walk from the beach and there’s a local market across the street that has any groceries you’d need for a long weekend. While the weather was too chilly for swimming when we were out here, the brand new pool in the back looks divine for Summer. The patio with a massive table and grill + the pool and backyard are a host’s dream. Looks like there are hydrangeas that border the pool, talk about Hamptons vibe to a T! The house is clean, coastal, and inviting. The main bedroom/Loft separated from the other bedrooms is great for a family layout or spending time with friends. Furniture is modern and kitchen is stocked. Also, huge plus is that there are two massive full length mirrors perfect for getting ready.”
