“This was a beautiful place to stay with our family of 5. The kayaks, dock, beautiful view of the lake, swimming pool, pool table and fire pit were a big hit with everyone. We loved having a variety of board games to play together. Lots of space, nice bedrooms, great to be able to use laundry facilities. The kitchen was beautiful and had so many cooking utensils and appliances. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay and enjoyed our first trip to the Finger Lakes!”

“Do not rent. The listing is inaccurate, the house is poorly maintained, and several conditions were outright safety hazards. The property was advertised as having three full bathrooms. It has two and a half. More seriously, we encountered faulty electrical wiring (a voltage hum persisted and lights flickered when a switch was engaged, there were also power spikes when appliances turned off and a sign of faulty firing), a gas grill that would not shut off properly created a fire/ explosion hazard, a yellow jacket infestation on the deck, broken furniture, and exposed nails, and damaged dock cleats. Many of these were known and should have been addressed before the property was rented. The house was badly equipped for a rental at this price point. The kitchen lacked basic items like wine glasses, a wine opener, and a casserole dish. The bedroom blinds are inadequate making it impossible to sleep past sunrise. The beds are flimsy and furniture is broken down. The list goes on.”
