“The Airbnb and property are absolutely beautiful. We were very pleasantly surprised by how clean the home was upon arrival. The fact that all of the towels were individually wrapped in plastic made it clear that extra attention had been given to cleanliness and guest preparation. One thing I wish had been communicated more clearly before booking was the lack of basic household supplies. We were not aware that we would need to purchase items such as trash bags, coffee filters, zip-top bags, and aluminum foil. Guests should also plan to bring their own shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, as these were not provided. Additionally, only two dishwasher pods were supplied, which was not quite enough for our group of nine and the number of loads we needed to run during our stay. I also wish the check-in and check-out policies were a bit more flexible. The additional $50 charge for each hour of early arrival or late departure felt somewhat restrictive. “Extremely impressed by the Sweet Water property! Not only was it fairly priced for all that it included, but it was clear they thought ahead for guests young and old--lots of thoughtful touches no matter where you looked. The only thing that could be tricky is accessing the thermostat in the largest bedroom--however the additional wall unit works without any issues and makes up for that! We absolutely would stay here again. 10/10 would recommend.”
