“The house was wonderful. The shared dock space was a little difficult but the area and the lake are beautiful.”

“I’m genuinely saddened to write this review, as I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs and have never experienced such poor communication or lack of support from a host. The home itself was nice, but several issues impacted our stay. The entry code did not work upon arrival. More importantly, before booking, I specifically confirmed the AC situation and was told: “It has partial A/C, and there is also a portable air conditioning unit stored in the closet for guest use if needed.” The portable AC was was not provided, leaving the guest cabin extremely hot and uncomfortable. When I contacted the host, I was told the issue would be escalated, but no one followed up. I had to repeatedly reach out and received no resolution until the end of our stay, other than an apology for the “miscommunication.” We also had significant water supply issues despite the property having 2.5 bathrooms. Unfortunately, when one bathroom was in use, we could not turn on another faucet or use another bathroom.”

“We had a lovely stay. Cabin is close to town where lots of great food options. The cabin was clean and well equipped. We would absolutely return for another stay if we are int he area again.”
