“This house is very spacious, extremely clean and full of light. It was a great stay for a large group of friends. In particular, the pool area is amazing, there is a butler's pantry (great for people who like to eat & cook) and every bedroom having an en suite bathroom was such a treat. The entire house sparsely decorated with some rooms having very little furniture so no place to put clothes and some lamps/better lighting would have added a warmer touch. Also, the kitchen was modestly equipped, including only 12 table settings and a dining table for 8, when the house accommodates more than that. All that said, we would definitely stay here again and appreciated the very responsive host.”

The apartment had everything we needed, and despite being in a lively neighborhood, it was very quiet. The Rove Travel team was responsive and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a 30+ day stay in Carroll Gardens.”

“The apartment had a flea infestation during our stay. We requested to check out a early (from our 3 month stay) and get a refund for unused nights, but the host refused. We had to pay for the full stay despite leaving early. This wasn't the only cleanliness issue - the apartment had mold in the shower, a thick layer of grease on the floors and surfaces, a pet urine smell and more when we arrived; in this case at least the host did send a new cleaning team which helped. Overall, this was an extremely stressful and disappointing experience. I would avoid booking here at all costs.”
