“The experience was disappointing due to issues that should have been addressed before our arrival. When we arrived, we could not immediately enter because technicians were working at the property. Once inside (45minutes later), we found extensive pet hair throughout the house, along with flies. We immediately reported the condition and explained that we could not stay in the house in that state. By around 6:30 PM, we had to check out since there was no resolution. The issues continued after checkout when we accidentally left charger. Although we contacted the host promptly on the same day, retrieving it required multiple follow-ups; ultimately retrieved it 2 days later. Communication with this host was super stressful. Overall, the property was not properly prepared or cleaned, communication was not proactive, and the experience was stressful. This is so far my worst Airbnb experience and I would never stay here again”airbnb

“this house was SUCH a disappointment. my family is currently displaced from a home that flooded and needed a safe clean space. sadly this home was none of these things- we arrived with no air conditioning- house was 80 degrees, every bed had sheets with hair, torn and stained sheets. the fridge also had a weird yellow goo all over the inside. when i contacted the manager to cancel she refused.”airbnb

“The home was clean and updated. The air conditioning system did not keep the home at a comfortable temperature. We communicated that issue to the host and they offered to bring us fans but never offered to have someone come fix the issue. We were sweating during the day. We enjoyed the pool to stay cool. On the last day of our stay the owner of the home sent a contractor to work on the roof of the home. He was unaware that we had paid for a late checkout.”airbnb

“upon arriving the neighborhood was not what we expected. but we had no problems. after booking and getting approved to rent, we received a layout of 60 rules to follow!!!! unnecessary fees such as a 50$ nightly pool heating fee. last but definitely not least me and other were bitten by some time of mites all over our bodies….. host was very responsive however has not reached out about these bug bites other than saying they spray and thanks for lettin them know.”airbnb

“"We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It is very spacious with lots of room, but it still manages to have a wonderful, cozy atmosphere. The only downsides were the check-in process, which required us to go to an external website to sign some type of agreements , and the pool, which was a little messy when we arrived. Overall, it's a lovely home and we had a good stay!"”airbnb

“The house was nice overall, and the rooms were very clean. However, the pool was dirty when we arrived, which was disappointing. The pool area could also use some upgrades. Another issue was that there were no towels or washcloths provided during our stay. Despite those concerns, we still had a nice stay and enjoyed the house.”airbnb

“Pros: The house is in the perfect location, extremely close to Las Olas restaurants and bars and a quick drive to the beach. Our group loved the pool with its floats and warm water. Cons: The 3 stars instead of 5 is due to the cleanliness. While the linens were all clean and beds were set up comfortably, we noticed the floor hadn’t been vacuumed (or spots were missed) as there were crumbs and dirt in the master and kitchen upon arrival. The linen closet doors have a lot of dust built up. We saw 2 roaches while there and we were only there for 1 full day (4p Fri - 10a Sun), and unfortunately just had a roach come out of one of our backpacks upon returning home. Their listing says they have pest control come but be aware there still appears to be a roach problem.”airbnb

“Brutal stay, stay away. The hosts notified us several weeks before our stay that they would be showing the house and they would need to tour people through it with 2 hrs notice during our stay. We refused and said if they couldn’t honor the reservation to cancel and we would find another house. Airbnb got involved and committed in writing that no one would disturb our stay. On the day of arrival we showed up at 4 for check in, no key was onsite and the previous guests had mistakenly taken it with them, no big deal accidents happen and the cleaners were still there so we were able to get in. The 2nd or 3rd days family showed up and started walking through the property because their real estate agent had told them they could. The entire house is glass so someone circling the property is a massive invasion of privacy. This happened 2 more times throughout the week despite multiple calls to management. The pots and pans don’t work with their induction stove, and the pool heater stopped wor”airbnb

“The house, backyard, pool, and location were all great. We paid to have the pool heated and it was warm enough to use when it was in the 60s. Backyard was beautiful and serene. Beds were comfortable. Our issues were with the management company which felt impersonal and unhelpful. We were surprised by the additional paperwork including a very long contract and a large security deposit hold. When we arrived, unemptied trash from the previous group was next to the door they told us to enter at. The trash didn’t fit in the can and multiple bags were next to the entrance. An animal got into it one night and pulled out bbq ribs. I reported this with an image and they said trash is taken out on Wednesdays, but the trash people came on Thursday and didn’t take the ribs because they were out of the bag. There was also an electrical socket in one bedroom that didn’t have a cover. Overall a beautiful property at a good price but not enough care is taken by management.”airbnb

“Very poor check in experience. WiFi instructions never provided during the 30 day stay. Smoke detectors beeping the entire time. Slow response times overall from the host, which I believe to be a large company who likely outsources customer service. Location was great! I would not recommend Rove based on this experience until they improve some basics.”airbnb
