“The home is located in a nice area, well kept and very quiet. It was stocked similar to other properties listed on rental sites. We tend to make dinners most evenings vs going out. Between the grill and stove top, we had no problem. We had a couple small issues when we arrived and Premier Properties was very quick to respond. The owners of the property actually handle maintenance of the property. They are just wonderful people and they went above and beyond to address our concerns. We would choose to stay in one of their properties when we visit the area again.”

“This is a gorgeous property that sleeps a big group of friends comfortably. All of the different seating areas, both inside and outside, made it great for a big group of people. While the kitchens and bathrooms were clean and the place was “surface level” cleaned, it was obvious it had not been deep cleaned in a while. There were many cobwebs inside and the outside needed to be power washed. I realize it’s difficult with bugs being on a lake, but it could have been cleaner. Only allotting a certain amount of garbage bags and toilet paper seemed odd too, and we ran out of both. It would be so easy to just have a stockpile of these things, and that would have made our stay more enjoyable. The kitchen had many plates and cups, but not essentials like coffee filters, which we had to go get. It would also go a long way to have some pump hand soaps in the bathrooms rather than the small messy bar soaps. Overall great stay, but just some easy little tweaks would make such a difference!”
