“Location was perfect! We were in town for Cooperstown Dream Park and this was 12 min from the park. It was a peaceful oasis right on the water. We spent most of our time outside in the backyard by the river. Our boys were able to fish, swim and paddle board ( we rented from the rental place past the bridge). The house was dated but charming. I would definitely stay again. Our host Don was friendly and helpful.”

“We stayed here while my son stayed and played at the Cooperstown Dream Park with his baseball team. The host/owner was great, so helpful, very responsive via phone and left great tips about what to do in the free time when not at the ball field. We brought our small boat and two younger kids. It was the perfect place to cool off between games. About 12 minutes from CDP and only another 10 or so past that to get to the Baseball Hall of Fame. Very clean!!! Would recommend to anyone looking to have a place close to the ball field but near the water with a yard to enjoy when not in the dugout.”
