Vacasa in Penn Yan, New York

“This accommodation was so quaint; rustic yet with a modern and retro vibe. It was so immaculate; spotless and shiny floors. From inside to outside, it allowed for a comfortable and inviting stay!!! We could even visit the neighboring cool winery right across from the driveway!”

“The actual home and location were spectacular!! The only downfall was that this home is clearly managed by a third party management company. We had questions one morning about the shower not working and was told it was outside for business hours PST so we’d have to wait but we had activities and needed both showers early. By the time we cooked dinner late one night and the grill wasn’t working, again it was outside of business hours so wasn’t worth getting the same message again. Overall lovely experience but just know if it’s not 9-5 PST you won’t get answers on from the “hosts””

“Great old farmhouse. Lots of bedrooms and everything was very clean. The only downside was the communication from Vacasa which did not send the lock code the morning of as it was originally stated. We had to message Vacasa at the time of check-in to get it.”

“This was a great place to stay for a great boating weekend! A/C in every room is a great plus. Beds can feel small in length for the taller people. Loved the fire pit with plenty of seating!”

“Overall this place was very nice and private. There are so many wineries around that it was a perfect location for our trip. There were ants when we first entered the house but minimal and it was clean/neat otherwise. A bonus was the vintage arcade setup in the garage, we spent our late evenings playing pac-man! Also access to the dock was a bit far and not clear how there is beach access, but there was a ton of other things for us to do in the area, wish we stayed an extra night!”
