“The perfect quiet beach getaway! Could not have asked for a better location for our beach family vacation. Less than a 3 minute walk to the beach, even at our children’s’ pace, and they provided numerous beach items like chairs and a wagon. The home was very comforting and had everything we needed. Only a 10 minute drive to downtown Greenport and many nearby restaurants. Would definitely recommend!”

“This was an excellent place to stay in the North Fork. You can't be much closer to the beach (it's a three minute walk), and the beach itself is lovely. The house is in a secluded private neighborhood but also quite well situated for the wineries. Highly recommend One Woman winery a bit to the east, but there are so many to choose from. Quick drive to Greenport as well for dinner or shopping. The house itself is very comfy. I stayed with my wife and parents and we didn't even use the bunkbed room, but it could comfortably fit 6 people. There is a main living room and then another, so plenty of space. The back porch is great for hanging out and cooking on the grill, and the kitchen is well-stocked with all sorts of utensils. Just a great place to relax, walk on the beach, swim, see the sunset, and unwind.”

“House was as described and met our needs. I personaly did not care for the sound. It was not what I expected. The house has very easy access to the beach and is great for fishing. THE biggest issue we had was the address is wrong.. It is: Peconic NY After driving 9 HRS and spending another 2 hours looking for the house....Very Frustrating!!
