Luxury Beach Getaway

“This was an excellent place to stay in the North Fork. You can't be much closer to the beach (it's a three minute walk), and the beach itself is lovely. The house is in a secluded private neighborhood but also quite well situated for the wineries. Highly recommend One Woman winery a bit to the east, but there are so many to choose from. Quick drive to Greenport as well for dinner or shopping. The house itself is very comfy. I stayed with my wife and parents and we didn't even use the bunkbed room, but it could comfortably fit 6 people. There is a main living room and then another, so plenty of space. The back porch is great for hanging out and cooking on the grill, and the kitchen is well-stocked with all sorts of utensils. Just a great place to relax, walk on the beach, swim, see the sunset, and unwind.”

“This was the perfect weekend getaway! The house was beautiful, cozy and spacious. The backyard is massive and fully fenced in - our dog loved it. The North Fork is such a beautiful area and is not overly crowded. Would definitely go back and stay here again!”

“House was as described and met our needs. I personaly did not care for the sound. It was not what I expected. The house has very easy access to the beach and is great for fishing. THE biggest issue we had was the address is wrong.. It is: Peconic NY After driving 9 HRS and spending another 2 hours looking for the house....Very Frustrating!! “The place was cozy inside, although the kitchen was small, it had everything we needed. Plenty of space outside in the private backyard with a large patio area with lights, great grill, easy walk to the beach. The living room had great seating for evening conversations.”

“A cozy and tranquil oasis on the north fork! The house feels really spacious - with a lovely sunken living room filled with books and records. The deck is perfect for relaxing and looking over the water while dinner cooks on the grill and the hot tub was a giant treat. Lots of linens, cooking supplies, and very comfortable beds. And enough hooks to hang your wet stuff! This place is truly a treat and we're already planning our next trip!”
