“This building is my go-to everytime I come to NYC. You absolutely cannot beat the location. You are a block from the majority of trains to take you all over the city. The hosts are super friendly and very responsive. Some of the best hosts I’ve had! The unit is located on the 5th floor, so you WILL get exercise going up and down all those steps. 😅 The unit was perfectly cleaned when I arrived. ✨ it had a brand new love seat, which I appreciated very much! The unit faces 44th street, so you get quite a bit of sunshine coming in. It’s definitely worth paying extra to have your own private bathroom.”

“Fantastic location right by Washington Square Park! Subway, CVS, and grocery stores are all nearby and the neighborhood is really pretty. As the photos suggest it's an authentic experience for living in NYC: thin walls, not too much space, making the best use of what you have. I stayed multiple weeks and after a while sleeping on the mattress on the floor took its toll on my back, but other than that the appartement served its purpose. It was clean, had everything I needed, and the hosts were helpful and replied quickly.”
