“First of all the hosts were great! Very responsive and willing to help. We enjoyed our stay. The place is spacious for NYC and we didn’t have trouble with check in/check out. I had last minute travel changes on my last day and the hosts were graceful and flexible about it. They are happy to help and quick to respond to any questions. The place is a tad farther from public transit (namely the express lines). The 1 line is a 6-7 minute walk but the express A line is an uphill 20 minute walk. You will have to take local trains most of the time. We had a pleasant stay and I would stay with these hosts again at one of their other locations :)”

“Das Beste: Das Apartment liegt einfach sehr gut. Ich war mehrere Wochen zur Arbeit auf der anderen Seite vom Central Park. Auch durch die nahe Subway alles gut zu erreichen. Das Apartment ist sehr klein, selbst für NYC. Kein Esstisch, oder Schreibtisch. Der Hochbettbereich ist unnötig groß und kann nur über eine extrem steile Stiege erreicht werden. Besonders der Abstieg ist wirklich nicht ganz einfach, weil man sich auf der Treppe drehen muss. Die Matratze liegt einfach auf, verrutscht leicht und hat seine besten Tage hinter sich. Die Heizung kann nicht reguliert werden, d.h. im Hochbettbereich wird es viel, viel zu warm, wenn morgens und 5 die Heizung anspringt. Die Küche ist ok, Bad auch. Aber besser nicht zu viel erwarten. Nochmal würde ich länger (>5 Tage) da nicht bleiben und lieber auch deutlich mehr zahlen.”

“Ich habe 3 Monate in der Wohnung gewohnt. Diese ist sehr klein; die Bilder sind mit Weitwinkel aufgenommen. Die Wohnung war mit dem wesentlichen ausgestattet; Reinigungsmittel fehlten jedoch zunächst, wurden aber auf Nachfrage geliefert. Die Lage ist in der Nähe zum Times Square gut, jedoch ist es nachts laut, insbesondere die Bar gegenüber ist laut und auch die Straße.”
