“There was no closet space. Closets were either locked or FILLED with owners things. Had a maintenance issue while we were there. Communication from StayMarquis was not great. It happened at night and apparently, the overnight report wasn’t read until the next morning”

“This house was an absolute gem for our Fourth of July weekend! The massive yard and stunning water views gave us a private fireworks show from the dock. We loved kayaking and roasting marshmallows by the epic firepit, complete with a fun tree swing. When we initially arrived there was some confusion over which dock belonged to which house, but Daniel was on it faster than we could say 'cannonball.' The pool was a refreshing oasis, even if we had to embrace a few leaves as swimming companions (a skimmer would've been nice, but we're not picky and nothing kept us from taking more than a few dips!). Just a heads-up for larger groups: consider BYO beach chairs for the pool so everyone has a spot to lounge (about 3 loungers, 2 beach chairs, and adirondacks are available at the house). All in all, a phenomenal stay and easily a 10/10, 5-star experience! Prepare for pure bliss (and maybe a little friendly competition for the tree swing!).”
