“The house has a rustic vibe. The fenced in back yard was great for our pup. There were some stairs (2) to get around the first floor which was a little hard for my 82 year old mom. It’s a little dark inside and the ceilings on the third floor are low. All this said, we had a great stay. We loved being able to walk into the town.”

“The house was clean and cozy (bedrooms, kitchen and living areas). However, kitchen utensils, pots & pans and dish-ware should be updated. Some non stick pots were scraped and cutting boards were old and moldy. The backyard was nicely maintained however, surrounding neighborhood was very rundown. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found it to be more conducive for our family to spend time together rather than staying at a hotel nearby.”

“Premier was able to accommodate us with a very last minute booking after our previous reservation (on another platform) fell through. Everyone was very communicative and helpful throughout the process. The house itself is exactly as pictured and was wonderful for our week-long stay. We loved all the outdoor space and seating options and the short walk to the beach to launch kayaks. Oil, spice, etc would have been helpful, but the kitchen was fully stocked with any equipment we’d need. The bathrooms or bedrooms could use some towel racks.”

“Great place! Very clean and cozy. Well stocked as far as non-consumables go. Be aware that if you will be cooking, you will need to bring everything consumable with you (salt, pepper, oil, sugar, etc). Would definitely like to re-book in the future!”
