“Very private and beautiful location. Quiet and peaceful. Easy access to water with walk in beach. Easy to get in and accurately described 4 bedroom clean cottage with awesome hot tub, outdoor space and grill. Top stairs a little steep for older folk and parking is more like 2.5 spots. Worth the price thanks for the stay”

“The house reminded us of a cabin that isn’t used often. The furniture was well used and smelled. The house overall had a musty smell. The carpets were extremely dirty. We couldn’t walk around without our feet or socks turning black. We took our two infants along and their legs and feet were black from walking and crawling around. The kitchen table was very sticky. We tried cleaning it and nothing would help. The dishes we used needed to be washed and rinsed out before using because they were visibly dirty. Two of the beds had bugs in the bottom of the sheets. Two days before we checked in, the company called us saying we couldn’t use the dock because the winter weather had warped it. There were still ways to access the lake, but that was a bummer. We spent the majority of our time outside. The lake is stunning and very relaxing. We will definitely be going back to Keuka, but never to this house.”

“Fantastic stay at this quaint cottage! Location was perfect for off the beaten path. Great dock, nice smooth rock beach, amazing sunsets on the patio. Just a tad far from anything useful (just getting back out past the state park takes 10+ min), but stock up on your way in and you wont need to leave. The AC struggled to keep up upstairs during the hottest week of the year, but the lake is pristine and cool. Also, hot tub!”
