Finger Lakes Premier Properties reviews in Honeoye, New York

“This house was perfect for our family celebration for the weekend. We were 5 adults and 4 kids who stayed overnight. We had 3 people visit for a couple of hours on Saturday. The hot tub and the fishing off the dock were a big hit. Sleeping arrangements were great. The downstairs "teen" room with the pool table and dartboard were great. A word of caution to people interested in renting here. The Town is very strict about the maximum number of people allowed on the property (12) whether they are day visiting or staying overnight. We are 13 but one person could not make it due to illness so we were able to comply with 12 maximum. If you are more than 12, this would not be the rental for you. Also, a bit of attention to weeding the flower beds would be appreciated. The patio furniture and outdoor rug have seen better days. All in all, a fabulous weekend.”

“We enjoyed our peaceful weekend getaway. Highlights were the views of the lake from the living room and multiple outdoor areas to overlook the lake (deck off of the house, patio with fire pit and hammock plus a lakeside dock).”

“Relaxing stay and great views.”

“Nice, relaxing lake front property.”
