We were able to relax and enjoy all that the area had to offer. It was very well furnished and comfortable for the two of us. The views of the lake were most enjoyable.

The house and the property were beautiful and secluded. Our family of 10 had a wonderful time together. A few negatives that we experienced were that the two couches a previous renter identified as broken were still broken, the beds only had fitted sheets and no sheets to cover with, our dryer didn’t work on our third day so we contacted the host and a repairman came out the next day but we didn’t have power for 12 hours that day so he couldn’t look at it. No one came back after that day. In the next day the main drive was blocked for 4+ hours for a road work so we couldn’t come or go from the property. If it weren’t for the neighbor telling us we wouldn’t have known. There were no cleaning supplies that we could locate. The back outside decks were very very dirty. The dock had a large 2x4 wth nails sticking out. All in all the property was beautiful but we wouldn’t rebook this location because of the things noted.

Our stay started out wonderful, with great views, amenities, and a location very close to wineries. There was, however, a power outage on our last night that lasted over 9 hours. When we brought this to management’s attention, we were told there was nothing they can do, and were advised to not use any water and use a single flashlight on site (which did not work). Our concerns about our guests requiring CPAP machines and medical equipment were disregarded by the manager on duty, and we were told to just let them know when the electricity was back on. We could not wash our hands, shower, flush a toilet, or use any basic amenities the entirety of our last night with no recourse or assistance offered. The next day a different manager was very professional and understanding, however when we asked for a partial refund for the last night (we paid about $1k per night), we were offered a $200 gift card for a future stay there. This was unfortunate since we were happy with it before this event.

We had a great stay overall. The view of Seneca Lake is beautiful, and you’re within 15 minutes of excellent wineries, breweries, and restaurants. There’s also a nice man-made beach, creek, and small waterfall within walking distance. The cabin was very clean and well-stocked with dishes, games, and everything we needed. The biggest thing to know is that this is not a secluded cabin. It’s one of two rentals in a very close-knit lakeside community, with neighboring homes and the owner just behind the property. When we arrived, many neighbors were outside watching us unload, and it felt more like entering an established neighborhood than a private retreat. If you’re bringing dogs, be aware that a neighborhood dog got loose multiple times during our stay and ran onto the property, making outdoor time stressful. The upstairs was also around 88° at check-in because the bedroom AC units were off, and it took hours to cool down. Overall, it’s a clean, comfortable place with incredible vie

First of all the place itself was amazing, right on the water, gorgeous views, ample space, clean interior. Upon arrival, one bed was broken and not made up and two of the couches were broken and unsafe to sit on. I reported my findings and the bed was fixed promptly, but the couches remained unusable. Outside on the upper and lower patios, seemed as if they never did the spring cleaning and get ready. Spider webs everywhere, table and cushions needed a good wiping and downstairs half of the furniture was missing or not set up. Overall I did love this place, but it just needed a little extra basic care. Another tip, there was not any cleaning spray or wipes to clean anything.
