“We had an absolutely delightful time at this property, group of around 14 of us, felt very at home and had more than enough room to feel comfortable. The view and backyard was wonderful. The absolute only thing that we were a tad upset about is that the dock wasn’t out like it said it was going to be/how it was in the pictures. But the team was very communicative and responsive and every other note/issue was sorted almost immediately. Would definitely come again! Probably soon!!!”

“This property stood out to us because it fit the amount of people we were hosting as well as having enough onsite parking. We were a group of 12 with varying arrival times. Other properties only allowed a couple of onsite parking spots then over flow at an alternative site. We had plenty of parking here. Hanging out on the deck or at the dining room table with our morning coffee was a highlight. We particularly enjoyed the huge fish that jumped out of the water on occasion and the pair of herons that would meander by! The evening fire out on the lawn and soaks in the hot tub, led to great conversation and many laughs! The location on Keuka Lake for our day of winery touring worked out very well. Also, not too far for dinner in Geneva and a couple of stops at wineries on Seneca Lake. We had a delightful weekend and would recommend the property to others looking for a relaxing stay.”
