“If you’re looking for a nice stay on Seneca lake this is it! This home has a well-equipped kitchen, plenty of beds and living space, as well as a dock and beach area. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and have great water pressure. The outdoor patio has a dining table, lounge chairs and ceiling fans this is the perfect spot to have your dinner, read a book, or have a drink and watch the world go by. The pathway down to the dock is a bit steep and a bit of a workout, which is pretty much the case with any Seneca Lake waterfront property. It is a ramp, not stairs, and does have a handrail and traction strips to assist with the incline. The reward for the trek is a dock, small beach area with seating and everything you need to kayak. If you shorten the trek to the backyard you will find a firepit with seating and a stash of firewood. Overall, this is first-class lake living and perfect for our three couples! Yes, it’s every bit as nice as the pictures in the listing!”

“Beautiful waterfront property. The house was large enough to accommodate our group of 8. The deck views are spectacular. There's views of the lake and vineyards on the rolling wooded hills to the east. It was quiet and peaceful the entire stay with very little lake traffic. The electronic tram from the main house to the beachfront area was easy to use. We had no issues with it. The dock was well kept and the kids fished off it from dawn to dusk. We used the kayaks, canoe, and SUPs - all in great working condition. We even caught a beautiful silver 24 inch lake trout/salmon from a kayak 50 yards from shore and cooked it on the grill. The home does not have beach towels. When we inquired, the response was Airbnb does not show the full listing details. Also, no dish cloth. We made due without but would have been good to have for counter cleanup. We were provided a 3 oz container of dish soap which ran out. Overall it was a great experience. We recommend it and would book again.”

The description was “inaccurate” because the house was even better than we expected! The listing photos don’t do it justice. Awesome place to stay, we’d love to go back!”
