“I stayed in unit 310 for 2 days & every night there was LOUD music from another unit as well as ALOT of weed smoking. The ENTIRE hallway smelled liked weed. You could start to smell the weed come from under the door into my room. The room itself had nasty looking stains on the couch, & on the curtains when you rolled them down i was disgusted.”

“The stay had several issues impacting the overall experience. Shortly after checking in I was locked out of the apartment due to an entry/battery malfunction & wasn’t able to regain access for 1.5 to 2 hrs while all of my belongings remained in side. Maintenance eventually replaced the battery & used additional keys to regain access. The apartment itself showed noticeable wear & maintenance concerns, including loose bathroom fixtures, cleanliness, so many visible wall scuffs/damage, & in an overall condition that didn’t fully match expectations from the listing presented. Noise & smell transfer between units was also significant throughout the stay. I could clearly hear neighboring guest. The only credit I’ll give the host was that the customer service agents were polite in communication & acknowledged my concerns raised. However, the inspection/review process during the stay was poorly communicated & they never followed through. They stopped responding.Airbnb wasn’t helpful -10 ⭐️”
