“When we arrived there was a musty, moldy order and discovered mold in the room air conditioners and mold in the basement where the deconditioner was which allowed moldy air to be pulled into the central air. Technician was immediate and cleaned the room ac and the basement central. Improved the air quality of the main house but the second house had the same musty order, same moldy issue and none of my family would stay there. This occured after technician had gone. Several of my family who have asthma issues couldn't stay in the house so stayed back in Ithaca. The second house needs to have the odor addressed. I feel that I should get financial accommodation for not being able to use the second house dur to the smell.”
