“This is my first non-5-star review, so I’m not trying to be rude, but hopefully it helps someone. This property is listed as a “Home” - it is NOT. It is an in-law suite. You can hear the owners through the shared walls. This detail is buried at the bottom of the description…so it’s on you. Airbnb support says it’s compliant because even though the listing is wrong, the description corrects it. There is no host. This is basically the same as booking at Marriott. If you ask a question, you get a template response with an 800 number to call. The hot tub was dirty. Not un-usable, but not ideal. There was floating debris and it smelled of mildew. Probably hadn’t been flushed in a while. There was a lot of scum when the jets were on, and it doesn’t heat up past 98-100, so it’s more like a bath, and temp drops quickly once the cover is off. The apartment itself was actually nice but lacking some basics. Coffee maker but no coffee. No sponges/soap for washing dishes & some dirty utensils.”
