“This property stood out to us because it fit the amount of people we were hosting as well as having enough onsite parking. We were a group of 12 with varying arrival times. Other properties only allowed a couple of onsite parking spots then over flow at an alternative site. We had plenty of parking here. Hanging out on the deck or at the dining room table with our morning coffee was a highlight. We particularly enjoyed the huge fish that jumped out of the water on occasion and the pair of herons that would meander by! The evening fire out on the lawn and soaks in the hot tub, led to great conversation and many laughs! The location on Keuka Lake for our day of winery touring worked out very well. Also, not too far for dinner in Geneva and a couple of stops at wineries on Seneca Lake. We had a delightful weekend and would recommend the property to others looking for a relaxing stay.”

“We are a group of friends who spent New Year’s at the property with our teenagers. Since the destination is less popular in winter, we were able to get a great rate for our stay. Everything was exactly as described, and we really appreciated the open-concept layout, which provided plenty of space for everyone while still allowing us to spend time together. The hot tub quickly became part of our daily routine and was a wonderful addition. The only small suggestions we have—not complaints—would be a slightly better-stocked kitchen and tablecloths to help protect the tables. The views were beautiful, with swans on the lake and truly magical sunsets.”

“The house at Serenity Cove was lovely and private with a gorgeous waterfront view. It was comfortable, cozy, and clean. It is close to Penn Yan, where we like the restaurants, and close to some of our favorite wineries. The four of us (two people and two dogs) had a wonderful time and would gladly return!”
